Before you install your Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© !!!

1. Confirm that your MQL5 account has the required funds for the purchase. Using your MQL5 balance is generally more convenient than paying with a credit card.

2. Search for the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© on the MQL5.com website and open its product page.

3. Click on the Buy or Rent button to complete the transaction.

4. Pick your desired payment method and click the green Next button to move forward with the transaction.

Notice: If you can't see your purchase when you click the Purchased option, check the below mentioned issues:

Make sure that:

• that you have all the latest Windows Updates installed

• that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge latest version installed on your computer or VPS

• that you are using the latest build of MetaTrader 4/5

• that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, using your login - NOT your email

• that your MQL5 account password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change MQL5 account password here)

In case you still don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

1. Close ALL your MetaTrader terminals

2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community

3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*

4. Open the MetaTrader terminal

5. Try to install your product again

9. After completing the installation of the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5©, you may want to set up email and push notifications in your MT4/5 terminal. This allows you to get instant alerts about your arrow signals via email or push notifications.

10. Open MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Email tab and enter the required information for your email account and SMTP server. Below is an example of the setup and SMTP details for popular email providers:

11. For push notification setup, open MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Notifications tab and provide the MQL5 ID of your mobile device or tablet. This will enable alerts to be sent directly to those devices. You can retrieve your MQL5 ID from the Settings >> Messages menu in your MT4/5 mobile app.

Alternatively, your MQL5 ID can be accessed in your MQL5 account under profile >> settings >> security.

12. To activate Terminal alerts, navigate to MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Events tab and check the correct box. 

13. With your notification setup complete, you’re ready to deploy the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5©. Open the chart of the symbol you wish to analyze, then locate the Navigator window on the left-hand side of your MT4/5 terminal. Find your purchased Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© under Indicators >> Market folder and either drag it to the chart or double-click it to load.
